Renee and her team did an outstanding job selling our industrial lot that we thought we’d never be able to sell. She priced it competitively, marketed it well, and got a good offer on the property in a short amount of time. There ended up being problems with the title when it was originally filed, and Renee and her team worked diligently and patiently to keep the process moving and push it through.
